Launch Agreement.
A "Launch Agreement" is signed with the clint to initiate the design.

Land Survey.
A topographical Survey is done to conform the onsite plot dimensions. This also identify and locate Electrical points, Water points and Sewage Points.

Floor Plans.
Floor Plans with Furniture layouts are designed taking into consideration the client's requirements and enhanced by the Architect's aesthetics sense.

Government Approvals.
Once the floor plans are finalized, a sanction drawing is prepared based on relevant governing authority guidelines. Approval process is initiated with the authorities after all documentation is collected and validated.

Soil Test.
Soil test with the required 2-3 bore points is carried out based on the size of the plot and to ascertain load bearing capacity of the soil.

3D/ Working Drawings/ Detailed Drawings.

Execution Agreement.
A final quote is prepared based on final set drawings and built up area. An "Execution Agreement" is signed with the Client.

House Handover Ceremony.
After Complete Construction of building as per Client satisfaction, It is Hand overed to Client with Celebration.
